2 exercises for lasting longer in bed


Premature ejaculation can be physical or psychological. However there are ways to control it for free. Going in for a surgery or treatment isn’t really the right idea because many problems can be sorted by simple exercises. I’m am going to give you a couple of exercises that can help control your problem.

Kegels exercise:
This is the most famous method to control premature ejaculation for free. Here’s the easiest way to do it. When you get the urge to urinate release a little and hold for a couple of seconds, again release and little and hold for a few seconds. Repeat this procedure until your bladder is empty. This exercise strengthens your pelvic muscles, which in turn help control premature ejaculation

Base method:
Stroke you penis until you feel you are building up to climax. Just before you are about to lose control, press the base of the penis (the place when the penis joins the body) with medium pressure. Apply pressure until to you feel you’re in full control. Repeat this procedure 4-5 times before finally ejaculating. This exercise also strengthens pelvic muscles and delays the time before release. Slowly but surely your body gets used to the cycle.

The above two exercises are similar to anything you will find in any premature ejaculation videos. I’m sure this should help a lot.
